Alok Dalal serves as the Practice Director for Migration and Modernization (MiMo) at Minfy, bringing over two decades of expertise to the forefront of digital transformations and cloud technology. In his current role at Minfy, Alok heads the MiMo practice globally, steering the advancement of practices, strategic governance, business transformations and fostering collaborative engagements with CXOs. His multifaceted responsibilities include a focus on business and people growth, ensuring projections adherence and P&L targets, marking him as a thought leader and change maker within the industry.
Before joining Minfy, Alok made significant contributions at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Program Manager for Strategic Engagements in Solutions Management group. During his tenure, he orchestrated cloud migration and modernization programs, demonstrating a keen understanding of optimizing cloud spendings, accelerating migration journeys, and advocating for customers' success. Prior to AWS, Alok held the position of Senior Manager (Portfolio Engagement Lead) at Capgemini, where he led and managed multi-million euros IT infrastructure portfolios and cloud transformation initiatives. His strategic approach to practice maturity, organisational growth, client interactions, and talent development played a pivotal role in the success of various turnkey projects and programs.

His leadership at Minfy is pivotal in spearheading the Migration and Modernization practice, emphasizing collaborative problem-solving and strategic consulting.
