Dr Amit is the Managing Director of Minfy, APAC Region.
Amit is an Entrepreneurial Leader, passionate about driving Businesses leveraging on Technology. With more than Three decades of International experience across multiple industries like Telecom, Media, ITES and BFSI, Amit has Led Global, Multi-Ethnic, Cross-functional, Matrix-based teams driving Large Organizations and Startups for Strategy, Setup, Operations, Growth, Diversification, Transformation and Innovation.
Prior to joining Minfy, Amit has played multiple leadership roles of Board-Adviser / MD / COO / CTO,CIO / BH in Groups like Axiata, Astro, Telenor, Qi, Airtel, Maxis, Reliance, TCS and Worldspace.
Has been operating in South-East Asia region since last 11 years and playing varied leadership roles for a Global Telecom giant; a Media & Broadcasting giant; a Global Direct Sales Enterprise, and a global e-Commerce start up. Prior to this, Amit has 19 years' rich experience of leading Global Business and Delivery centers based based out of India working with Large Telecom Startups, Media Broadcasting firms and IT Giants.
Amit hails from Lucknow, India and has completed PhD from NIM-Mumbai, PG’s from IIM-Ahmedabad & DoE-Delhi and MS in Software Engineering from Aptech.
Amit enjoys exploring Meditation and is an active player of Tennis and Cricket.
